Add 500 ml water and pressure cook for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>If water remains after the beef is completely cooked, continue cooking on a low flame, w\/ the cooker open, until the beef is completely fried.<\/li>\n<li>Garnish w\/ coriander leaves, if desired.<\/li>\n<p><strong>Tip<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>I usually use chuck stew cuts for beef fry. I&#8217;ve also used sirloin steak cuts in the past for frying. But, I think the chuck cut comes better when fried.
